Form data not saving

Date entered without millennium

• When entering dates on the Board Side of the Form, always enter dates with the millennium. 
  Although it might appear that the date, and the rest of the data on that section of the Form, has been saved, it has not! If you close the form and re-open it, you will see that it has not been saved.
  Examples:
  • 4/2/2019
  • 4/2/1974

Validation Error Displayed

• When an validation error message is displayed, all the errors must be addressed before the Form's  section data will be saved.
