Issue: Information about an Informed Consent (for example: Consent Title, Version Date, Category, Language, Description, Comments) does not save.
Solution: This only happens for Consents that have Reconsent Required with Yes for an answer and the Reconsent Reason is left empty. Enter some text in the Reconsent Reason field and the information will save.
