Numbers don't save or saved incorrectly.

Cause

Change of Site check boxes selections.

Workaround

1. Select the appropriate Site check boxes (and do not change it after the number have been entered).
2. Enter the numbers in the summary area.
3. Enter the numbers in the site details area.
