Dear Research Community,
PROTECT IS LIVE! After many months of planning and hard work, we finally flipped the switch and launched our new electronic IRB submission system. Overall, I am extremely happy with system performance. With the research community's assistance, we continue to identify a few bugs which are being addressed during this initial system stabilization phase.
