Protocol Resource Impact Assessment (PRIA)

  • The Protocol Resource Impact Assessment (PRIA) is a prospective review of protocols to ensure that the Clinical Center has adequate expertise, equipment, and resources to successfully implement clinical trials at the NIH Clinical Center.  A CC Pharmacy Review is included in the PRIA review.

  • The PRIA process is separate and independent of the IRB review process.  PRIAs are submitted in the PROTRAK (PQS) system.

  • For more information, please access the Resources section of PROTRAK (PQS) here: https://clinweb.cc.nih.gov/pqs.
